The menu for 24 June 2026 consists of scallop and pineapple ceviche; seared salmon with Pinot Noir butter and braised beets; short rib with Swiss chard, garlic scapes, and red wine shallot sauce; rhubarb and berry gratin with garden herbs for dessert; accompanied by 4 specially chosen wines. 

Wed, 24 June 2026 for one seating at 6:30pm. 

Tickets cost $75, including $50 wine dinner and $25 donation.
